HR Staff / General Affairs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of BS in Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resource Development Management
  • Computer literate and with excellent communication skills
  • Have a strong personality and very much familiar with Labor Relations
  • At least with 1 year relevant experience in all facets of HR
  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN SAN SIMON, PAMPANGA
  • Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participating in recruitment efforts
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
  • Preparation of weekly/monthly department report
